Wakefield Park - Opening day footage >>

The state-of-the-art Wakefield Skate Park is now complete and becomes one of the biggest of its kind in the country.  The 1600 square metre facility is located near to the existing athletics track in Thornes Park and is a free and open access facility.  The new facility has been designed so both experienced and novice skaters can use it and it is made from the latest spray-concrete technology and boasts some unique features.
